Your orders will be safely packed with light blessings and shipped from our New York location.
Shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight of your package.
No additional Handling or Processing Fees are due. Any miscalculated overages will be refunded at the time of shipment.

Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground, or USPS Priority.
Orders will be shipped out every Monday and Friday.

Once your order has shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address on file containing your tracking information.

Please Note once your package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times and delays are out of our control, and we advise you to contact your local post office (USPS) or
UPS at +1 (800) 742-5877 directly for any concerns regarding shipping status.

International Shipping Policy (Outside of USA)
All International orders will ship via Fedex Express and DHL Express. ​
International orders are shipped once a week.

In an effort to minimize shipping costs, we offer an environmentally friendly option of combining multiple orders to reduce the amount of shipping materials and fees. All open boxes must be paid in full excluding shipping.

Shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight and size of your package, as well as your location or place of delivery. Hello Empress Inc reserves the rights to not be responsible for any import, customs, or international taxations that may accrue to our international shoppers.

Once a box is closed, a separate invoice of shipping fees will be sent for payment to close out your box. Only once shipping is paid for, will your orders ship.

Failure to close your box within 90 days of opening will result in you losing your claims/purchases. All paid monies will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving your products to notify us of any concerns. Upon receipt of your notification, it is within Hello Empress Inc rights to review and approve or reject your refund or exchange. If you are approved, your replacement or refund will be processed. A refund will be issued to the original payment method and or exchanges will be shipped to the original shipping address. A standard 7 business day processing time will be applied.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Purchases
All Reading payments are non-refundable.
All Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Why No Returns?
All sales are final. All products are as is. Hello Empress Inc inspects every single product before packaging. We take extra caution to safely wrap your gems properly to keep them protected during transit. However, the safety of your package is out of our control once accepted by the carrier. Your gems are irreplaceable because every single crystal is unique. We certainly understand the frustration of receiving a transit-damaged product and we will attempt to service you to the best of our abilities.
