I will reach out before the session to let you know that I will be getting started soon. Find a place where you can relax for an hour without interruptions. You may choose to meditate during this time, bathe, relax, or sleep. It is recommended to stay away from electronics during this session. When I am done with the session, I will send you a message letting you know I am done, and let you know of any findings. Staying hydrated before and after your Reiki session will assist in the flow of Reiki and allow the body to absorb the light energy of Reiki.
