Chakras are a spinning vortex of energy invisible to the human eye, but can be felt and experienced spiritually and intuitively. A chakra absorbs energy when it rotates clockwise, and exudes energy when it rotates counter-clockwise. A blocked Chakra is generally still. Chakras are your energy portals that allows you to connect to your spiritual self, the being within, the interconnectedness of Divine Self. When we think of the human genetic makeup we are not just a body with organs and limbs. The biological body is made up of Systems, which are made up of organs, which are made up of cells and tissues, which are made up of molecules, which are then made up of atoms. So you can see, at the very core, the human body is made up of pure energy. The 7 Primary Chakras are the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Every Chakra correlates to different instincts, Elements, Glands, and Attributes that allows us to connect to our Divine greatness and Highest Consciousness. A blocked or overactive Chakra can cause Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical imbalance. A blocked Chakra may also impact our Meridian Flow, which can lead to circulatory energy blocks causing dis-ease, and illness. A Chakra Healing session can be immensely helpful to identify areas of concern to help align and mitigate risk of dis-ease. How does it work? Chakra Healing can be performed in person or remotely. The average time is 30 – 60 minutes a session. I will begin with scanning your chakras in order to identify any blockages or unbalances. In many instances, a single Chakra will serve as the conduit to activating other Chakras. For instance, your Root is sluggish, but your Throat is blocked, your Throat will be the target area of healing first. The goal is to get all Chakras unblocked, balanced and rotating in order to support alignment. I will use crystals, Aura healing, along with Reiki to complete the Healing session. Clients may experience a surge of energy or feel tired after a session. It is recommended to remain hydrated after any and all healing sessions. Namasté
